We are proud to offer our services on a sliding scale to accomodate all our clients. Knowing your budget and the scope of work you want to pursue will help to dictate compensation for our time spent both with you during all live trainings, pre-recorded presentations, and all indirect time we spend preparing for your trainings.
Our tailored approach to supporting teaching teams and caregivers allows us to adjust the amount of time needed to work together. Generally the initial interview takes 2 hours, we ideally prefer to observe in your setting approximately 2 hours, spend about an hour to prepare a recommendation plan for moving forward, and then collaborate with you on how many hours to spend implementing portions of, or the entire recommendation training plan. Part of planning out how much time to allocate toward the plan will include additional indirect hours we will spend preparing materials for our trainings.
We provide live or remote workshops, presentations and lectures on pre-determined topics of your choosing. We also conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and offer several courses and memberships for ongoing access to resources, trainings, and support for both educators and caregivers.
Additionally, we provide regular practical content via our Instagram account.
Although we are based in the greater Boston area, we are willing to travel using a sliding scale travel fee. We are also capable of doing any or all trainings remotely at no additional cost. There is research to support the efficacy of this format with little to no downsides for clients receiving services through this virtual service model. If you are located outside of Massachusetts we may need to register our business in your state before our official start date with your team. We are excited to expand to wherever you are!
We offer participation certificates for those who purchase our courses.
ABA is the science of applying the principles of how behavior operates to both determine the reason a person is behaving the way she or he is, and to create formal and specific plans to both prevent and reduce problem behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Sara and our team will directly observe the behaviors, interview caregivers about the behaviors, and collect data to demonstrate what is happening and how best to change it. All behavior change occurs when the environment is changed, and the people around the child make shifts in what they do and say. Send us your questions about this and we can help you determine if obtaining an FBA is right for you!
Yes! We are also available to talk with them about the observations and recommendations following you signing our Release of Information.
For our consultation services we will invoice your school or organization every two weeks for our hourly work.
